My freshman year in college was the last time that I felt I was well toned. After that, I began to put on weight in areas that I would rather not. After college, I began to abandon my workouts, and continued to eat like I had been. At that point I told myself that I would get myself into better shape. I intensified my workouts, and began to feel better about my strength but didn’t get the look that I wanted. After years of trying new things, and not getting the results that I wanted, I finally found the answer at work.
